1. Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
2. Items that are eligible for returns/exchanges (were not bought on sale) can be exchanged/returned in place of a credit note. Monetary refunds are not provided for any orders.
3. You can request for an exchange in case of sizing issues within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
4. LVL99 does not provide monetary refunds for prepaid orders.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return the item only if the item is defected. You need to inform us with in 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
How to request for a return?

The customer is required to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and the packaging intact. Please do not forget to attach photos and videos to your email. The product should be unused and the footwear should have a clean sole. In case we receive a damaged/used or dirty product, you will no longer be eligible for exchange or return. The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged. In case, there is a damage caused while unboxing the package by the customer, LVL99 is not responsible and there will be no refund/exchange. The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged. Refunds are only processed after LVL99 reviews the returned product. LVL99 holds the right to reject a return request.
After receiving the request we will get in touch with you via email with in 24-48 hours on business days. Weekends are off for the team and emails will not be replied to.
How can I exchange/replace my product?
In-case, the product received is wrong or damaged, you can ask for a replacement.
If you wish for the exchange, the minimum cost to be borne by you will be Rs.230 which is the cost of reverse pick up and second time delivery..
The parcel must be kept handy and ready for the third-party courier company to pick it up with ease. LVL99 advices you to pack the product well to avoid any damages caused during the return process since that could return in rejection of your Return/Refund or Exchange request. The third party courier company will attempt a pick up twice only. If you fail to provide the package during these two attempts, you will have to send the package back to the warehouse address yourself.
How can my cancel an order?
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order only by sending us an email regarding cancelation with reason. Once the cancelation is approved, the refund will be processed and it will reflect in your account within 7 business days.
In case of reverse pick ups which depends on availability of service at your area pin code. If reverse pick-up unavailable, we request you to send the product back to the address provided on the package. The cost of this will be paid by the customer.
Can products purchased on sale or discount be returned/exchanged? No.
How long does it takes to receive a refund?
For the product to reach us after being picked up from your address, it takes 10-15 business days. The entire process usually takes approximately 3 weeks. For this, you will continue to receive shipping updates on your email or via text messages. Once we receive the parcel, our return/exchange team reviews the product for any damages. After approval, a store credit is initiated within in the form of a code which will be sent to you via DM/EMAIL. Shipping fees remain non refundable.
How can I access my credit note?
LVL99 Credit Notes can be applied on our website at the checkout page in the form of a discount code. For any issues faced while using the credit note provided to you, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Exceptions in case of exchanges/returns:
Products like accessories can not be exchanged/returned due to hygiene reasons.
All items that need to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The footwear must not be dirty and should be returned in the original box that it was received In.
Orders purchased on discount, sale or free shipping, the return/refund or exchange will not be initiated.
