RETURNS
-Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
-If your order status shows 'delivered' but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours. After this timeframe, we won't be able to escalate the issue with our courier partners.

LVL99 reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

We currently provide store credit for returns not bank refunds.
-Post usage, no products can be returned. Normal wear and tear is not covered under our fault replacement policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We only take return requests within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please check if your product meets the criteria for return before applying:
Items such as the Cherry Cola IT Girl baguette, Dil ka Basta, accessories and sunglasses along with all handcrafted beaded bags are not eligible for returns.
Clearance sale items can not be returned.
Items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or any special offer can not be returned.
They are final sale items.

Any shipping costs involved, whether forward or reverse, are non refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item, we will replace it at the earliest.
