Orders & Dispute Resolution
Timely Support: If you have any order-related issues or questions, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to assist with disputes.
Accurate Delivery: Should your order status show “delivered” and you have not received your package, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address it with our courier partners.
Sales & Refund Policy
Final Sale: All sales on www.lvl99.in are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations, as each purchase is a carefully crafted selection for you.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility:
Products bought on sale, accessories, handcrafted bags (including Dil ka Basta and IT GIRL BAGUETTE), and items from the Desi Edit (made-to-order) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon, or special offer are also not eligible.
How to Request a Return/Exchange:
Contact Us: Email us at lvl99official@gmail.com with your order ID and name in the subject line.
Within 24 Hours: Please raise your request within 24 hours of receiving your product.
Return Shipping: For exchanges or returns, you will need to cover the shipping costs. (Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
Condition of Returns:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please include photos or videos of the product when you contact us.
- If the returned item is found to be damaged, used, or dirty, it will be sent back to you with the applicable shipping charge.
Exchange Process:
Once your return reaches our warehouse and is approved, we will provide store credit.
In Transit
Inspection on Arrival: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Transit Damages:
We are not liable for any damage incurred during shipping. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues with items that are damaged upon receipt.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under our fault replacement policy.
