1. What is your delivery timeline?

Standard delivery usually takes 5–9 working days.
(Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.)
For Delhi-NCR customers, we also offer Express Shipping with delivery within 24 working hours for ₹350.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available on all orders above ₹800 at an additional charge of INR99.
We recommend accepting your parcel on the first delivery attempt to avoid delays or cancellations.

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

4. Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer returns in eligible cases.
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

5. Do you offer refunds?

We currently offer store credit only for approved returns.
We do not provide bank refunds.
Please note: Two-way shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit amount.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

No, we currently do not offer exchanges.

7. Which products are not eligible for return?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Dil Ka Basta
  • Accessories & sunglasses
  • Handcrafted beaded bags
  • Clearance sale items
  • Caps
  • Mystery Boxes
  • Products bought using credit notes, gift coupons, or special offers

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product

We’ll arrange a replacement at the earliest.

9. What if my order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?

Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to escalate issues with courier partners after this timeframe.

10. Can I return a used product?

No. Products cannot be returned once used.
Normal wear and tear after usage is not considered a valid reason for return or replacement.

11. How many delivery attempts are made?

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

12. Why is my order delayed?

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may happen due to factors beyond our control.
Rest assured, we’ll always do our best to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.
