Applicability of Policy
By initiating a request to purchase product(s) on www.lvl99.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy without modification. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend not proceeding with any transactions.
Return Eligibility
Items bought from B1G1 Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
1. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this timeline will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Ensure your product is eligible before applying for a return. The following items cannot be returned:
• Cherry Cola IT Girl Baguette
• Dil ka Basta
• Accessories and sunglasses
• All handcrafted beaded bags
• Clearance sale items
• Items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon, or any special offer (final sale)
3. Caps are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns
1. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
2. If your order status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please notify us within 24 hours. We will be unable to escalate the issue with our courier partners after this timeframe.
3. LVL99 reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with our policy.
4. We provide store credit only for returns, not bank refunds.
5. Products cannot be returned once used. Normal wear and tear post usage is not considered a valid reason for return or replacement.
How to Request a Return?
If your product meets the eligibility criteria:
1. Email us at lvl99official@gmail.com
2. Use your Order ID and Full Name in the subject line for quick processing.
3. Include images with tags intact.
Please note:
1. All shipping costs (forward and reverse) are non-refundable
2. Returns will only be processed as store credit
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
1. The item is defective or damaged.
2. You have received the wrong item.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
