Products bought on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.

Please note:

  1. Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Post 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to help you.
  2. All sales at www.lvl99.in are final. LVL99 has a no refund/cancellation policy.
  3. In the rare case that there is a defect issue with the parcel, we will definitely replace it.
  4. Our team can assist you if you are unsure about which product to pick in terms of sizing, material, reference pictures and all other details, but will not be liable incase a product does not fit your needs.
  5. Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

Returns and Exchange Policy

  1. Returns/Exchanges are not applicable for any customised pieces.
  2. To get in touch, please email us on lvl99official@gmail.com (Please make sure that the subject line of your email includes your order ID and your name)
  3. Please make sure to raise your request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  4. In case you wish to exchange your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. When your package is received at our warehouse, the products will be examined and once approved you will get store credit/exchange. There are no monetary refunds.
  6. LVL99 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
  7. The customer is required to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and the packaging intact. Please do not forget to attach photos and videos to your email. The product should be unused and the footwear should not be soiled or dirty. In case we receive a damaged/used or dirty product, you will no longer be eligible for exchange or return. The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged.
  8. We do not accept returns/exchanges for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  9. Accessories can not returned or exchanged.
  10. No exchanges or returns for handcrafted bags as they are made to order products.

Damages in Transit

  1. LVL99 is not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
